Westlinks Scheduler

The Westlinks Online Scheduler application provides functionality to route incoming phone calls to agents scheduled to be on-call. If the first priority agent is unable to take the call then it will roll over to a second or third priority (there is no limit) agent. If no agents ultimately answer the line then the call is routed to a pre-recorded greeting ending in taking a voicemail recording.

Users are assigned one of the following roles by the Administrator. Based on their assigned role, logged in users will be granted various access levels.

  • Administrator
    • Add/remove users
    • Assign roles to users
    • Manage schedules
  • Manager
    • Manage Scheules
  • Helpline Agent
    • Edit profile
    • Manage personal schedule preferences
  • Guest
    • Limited read-only access
